We know it's hard to focus on tomorrow when today presents so many challenges. St. Luke's is proud to offer our Family Empowerment Program as a tool to help you create a better future, that you can then pass on to the next generation.

The primary focuses of the program are on employment, education of adults and children, housing stability, increasing financial capability, building social capital, and improving the health and well-being of the family. There is a possibility for moderate financial assistance.

To participate in this program, you must be a resident of Davidson county, have a child you care for under the age of 18 and meet income eligibility requirements.

If you would like to apply to this FREE program…

  1. Fill out the interest survey.

  2. You will receive a confirmation email that your survey has been received within 5 business days and be placed on our screening list.

  3. A Family Empowerment Coach will contact you to discuss your eligibility when they have caseload availability and will schedule an enrollment meeting with you to begin the program!

To learn more about this program or if you have questions, contact our Family Empowerment Program at FEP@stlch.org or (615) 350-7893.
