Occasional, emergency assistance is only provided under specific circumstances through St. Luke’s Family Empowerment Program (FEP). The primary purpose of the FEP is to work alongside a family in a case management style format to assist the family in identifying and attaining their goals. To qualify for the FEP, a family must have a child in the home under age 18, fall below certain income guidelines, and commit to spending time working independently on their goals.
