To apply to St. Luke’s Child Development Center, fill out our wait list application below. Once contacted by St. Luke’s, the guardian will complete their admission application and take a tour of our Child Development Center. Once accepted, guardian(s) must provide the child’s birth certificate, copy of immunizations, and proof of income.

St. Luke’s prioritizes the needs of low-income families. We accept DHS Child Care Certificates and sliding scale tuition is offered.
